DWI Pty Ltd have qualified experienced personnel to strip out existing tenancies back to the original bare shell, ready for new tenants to fit-out. A hoarding will be erected in front of the shop-front during the demolition process. Black or white fabric is also placed from the hoarding to the roof to eliminate the travel of dust, noise and debris. Our scope of demolitions works include:
- Removal of complete existing shopfront
- Removal of all electrical fittings
- Removal of ceilings and floors if required
- Patching of plaster walls ready for paint
- Grinding and patching of floors ready for new finishesRemoval of retail fittings and signage
Special requirements can also be met for more complex shop-fitting removals. Dependant on the size of your demolition and its location, DWI Pty Ltd can remove rubbish utilizing skip bins or its extensive fleet of trucks specially designed for rubbish removal.
Tenancy reconfigurations
A lot of our clients enjoy peace of mind knowing that they can contract DWI Pty Ltd to perform a de-fit and leave any tenancy re-configurations in our hands. Our tradesmen are competent and qualified to co-ordinate the construction of new tenancy walls, installation / re-location of electrical distribution boards and water / waste requirements. We can also cut new tenancy lines in terrazzo to suit the new layout. All these works are done to your time frame and budget.
