David Wells has been in the building and construction industry since 1981 and is now the Managing Director of DWI Pty Ltd. He is a full time, hands on Director who manages the company’s Australia wide business interests. DWI Pty Ltd began as a small Melbourne-based building business dealing mainly in home renovations. When a client in the retail sector asked David to do a shopping Centre fit- out he seized the opportunity and created a market niche that would ultimately bring the company an A-list of clients and some major construction companies. DWI Pty Ltd now deals with most leading retail developers and centre management teams including:

Vicinity Centres  – GPT Group – Westfield  – JLL

DWI has now developed into a Victoria wide business operation regularly servicing approximately 30+ shopping centres in Melbourne alone. DWI has obtained a limited Commercial Builders licence and a limited Commercial Demolition licence through the Master Builders Association, which we are proud members of. In addition we are also Registered Building Practioners.
